Mehwish Hayat’s Sister Afsheen on Stepping into Acting & Character in Dayan
Afsheen Hayat is a hardworking Pakistani actor and singer. She has appeared in dramas like Mera Naseeb, Tinke Ka Sahara and others. Mostly, Afsheen appeared in supporting characters. She is the sister of ace Pakistani actress Mehwish Hayat and their mother was also an actor. Currently fans are praising her acting in a negative character in the hit Geo TV drama serial Dayan. She is playing the character of Zakia.
Recently, Afsheen Hayat appeared in Good Morning Pakistan in which she talked about her notable appearance in Dayan and stepping into acting.
Afsheen Hayat said, “You know that I’ve done music and a few acting projects, but now I’ve decided to be more consistent with acting. Dayan is one of the most important characters in my career. This character had a lot of performance margin. I’ve been doing theatre for a long time and have also worked with Yasir Hussain. I did music for a long time. Theatre used to take up a lot of time. Now, I’ve completed three to four projects, and people will be seeing more of me.
She further added, “I discuss things with Mehwish, and sometimes she discusses them with me. We also talk about our work with our mother.” Here is the link to the video:
